2024 GRAND LIST

The 2024 Grand List has been filed January 21, 2025. Those individuals wishing to appeal may download a Board of Assessment Appeal Form here.

 

Owners of Commercial Real Estate and/or Rental Properties (5+ units) are required to file annual Income and Expense Reports. The deadline to file the form with the Assessor’s Office is: By June 1^st annually.  Failure to file by June 1^st will result in a 10% assessment penalty. Please direct any questions to the Assessor’s Office at (860) 447-5216.

 

2025 Filing:

• The 2024 Income and Expense Forms are due to the Assessor on or before Town Hall close at 4:00 PM June 1, 2025. 
• Postmarks are not accepted.

Forms are available to print and download (Coming Soon) or you may stop in the Assessor’s Office M-F 8:30AM--4:00PM to obtain a copy.

 

 All address changes must be made in writing to the Assessor's office and contain an owner's signature. Address Change Form
