Owners of Commercial Real Estate and/or Rental Properties (5+ units) are required to file annual Income and Expense Reports. The deadline to file the form with the Assessor’s Office is: By June 1st annually. Failure to file by June 1st will result in a 10% assessment penalty. Please direct any questions to the Assessor’s Office at (860) 447-5216.
Forms are available to print and download (Coming Soon) or you may stop in the Assessor’s Office M-F 8:30AM--4:00PM to obtain a copy.
