The mission of the New London Neighborhood Academy is an educational initiative providing New London residents insight into the City’s departmental operations. The Academy seeks to empower citizens to be effective community leaders.

This is an opportunity to meet and hear more about the mechanics of the City of New London. Department leadership will be present. Participants can expect interactive sessions, informative discussions, and the chance to connect with city leaders to understand how decisions are made and policies implemented.

Enrollment is limited to New London residents, property owners or business owners.  Class size is limited to 20, max 25.  Attendance at all sessions is recommended.
