The City of New London's Office of Development & Planning (ODP) serves the needs and interests of the council, the planning and zoning commission, the zoning board of appeals, other city-related agencies, and other public and private corporations. The department manages the City of New London's Economic and Community development projects and is made up of the following divisions; Building, Community Development Economic Development and Planning Zoning and Wetlands.
